Why we use Mozilla Firefox

When we are working with Microsoft windows we have internet explorer, when we are working with Mac we have safari browser then why we still need mozilla firefox which is a third party internet browser. There are many other third party internet browsers also but what makes fire fox special.

It is very easy and quick to work with firefox. For example type any word in the address bar of fire fox, firefox will search your bookmark and history for the possible matches for the word you typed in the address bar. It saves your typing time and provide you the proper results. To bookmark any page Firefox provide the the star on the right of the address bar, as you click this star the current page on the browser will be added as your bookmark. If you are browsing a bookmarked pages the star will be appeared yellow colored. This makes you able to see whether you bookmarked that page or not.

Firefox is integrated with many other features like download manager, live bookmark, spell checker and around 2000 add-ons developed by the third party developers.

Firefox also provide the details about the website you are browsing weather it is encrypted it's security certificate etc. It uses sandbox security module which limits scripts from accessing data from other website having same origin policy.
